At Cindy Swimwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items that appear to have been worn without underwear or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@cindyswimwear.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@cindyswimwear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
