Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cindy Swimwear is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at support@cindyswimwear.com so we can assist you.
